Cris Bell, Owner
Cris Bell is a lifelong learner, author, speaker, serial entrepreneur, real estate investor, executive. His leadership is focused on helping others achieve their fullest potential. Throughout his career, he has been instrumental in the successful scaling, growth, and systems integration with three companies.
He is probably best known as a driving force behind Real Property Management Hampton Roads spectacular growth from zero to $100 million in assets under management in just six years. Combined with hands-on experience negotiating acquisitions and developing strategic partnerships, there are few real-world business challenges Cris hasn’t faced.
In addition to his work in the business sector, he has a passion for learning and coaching the sport of amateur wrestling. He is an avid fan and volunteer who has coached for over 5,000 hours at the middle and high school levels. As a result of his efforts, many of my student athletes have received college scholarships.
He also serves as the assistant tournament director of two of the nation’s largest high school wrestling tournaments. However, his contributions to student athletes do not end on the mat. He also serves as a mentor and positive role model to impressionable youth in the community through the Business and Entrepreneur Academy at Kempsville High School.
Cris holds a bachelor’s degree in sports management from Old Dominion University, and holds a Residential Property Manager designation, and is a licensed real estate professional in Virginia, a Residential Management Professional designee with the National Association of Residential Property Managers and serve as the current President of the board for the National Association of Residential Property Managers Southeast Virginia Chapter. He resides in Virginia Beach, Virginia with his amazing wife and two loving daughters.
Natalie Childers, Integrator
Natalie has been working in the real estate industry since 2012. She joined RPM Hampton Roads in 2013, working as a leasing agent and then moving up to a property manager position. After a while, Natalie took a break from RPM Hampton Roads to continue her education and become a real estate broker. Since then, she has become the broker for their RPM Dominion, RPM Charleston, RPM New York Gold, and RPM Indy Metro offices and is currently the Integrator for the organization.
Natalie was born and raised in Ohio, where she met her now husband of 16 years and has 3 beautiful daughters. She enjoys watching and attending Ohio State Buckeyes football games, remodeling projects, and hanging out with friends.
Len Marcelino, Maintenance Coordinator
Len has been in the customer service industry for more than 10 years. She joined RPM in 2017. She started as an RPM maintenance coordinator, became an associate property manager and now doing the role of an assistant to the accounting lead. She is happily married and blessed with two amazing kids. Despite a busy schedule, this hard-working mom always makes time for her family. One of her favorite past time activities is to sing videoke.
Roland Yuzon, Owner Coordinator
This is Roland, one of the Owner Coordinators at Rpm. Rolan has a college degree in creative writing. He’s a simple and funny guy. As much as he can, he’ll evade complications and arguments, especially nonsense ones. All he wants is a positive environment and people. During Roland’s free time, he watches movies, listens to music, play mobile games, and hangs out with family and friends.
Roland’s ultimate goal is to become financially successful and to have successful businesses so that he can give opportunities to people who also want to have a better life alongside him.
Samantha Taylor, Account Manager
Sam takes pride in her customer service and devotion to providing a positive experience both for clients and colleagues. She is grateful to work at RPM as an account manager as it allows her to both provide for her family as well as being able to stay home and raise her children. Sam is quick to tell anyone that she is one of the lucky few in the world who genuinely loves her job. In her free time, Sam enjoys reading, playing with her 3 children and Puppy and spending time with her family.
Earl Cordero, Maintenance Scheduler
Meet Earl! Earl is the maintenance scheduler of RPM for Charleston, New York, and Indianapolis. He loves to make or drink coffee, eat delicious foods, play games, and working out.
Nina Curtiss, Assistant Account Manager
Nina is serving as the Assistant Account Manager for RPM and is brand new to the industry. Nina has worked in a few different industries for experience and has always had an interest in property management. Her goal is to work with Real Property Management for a long time and continue to provide positive interactions with everyone she meets!
Jinella Regalado, Resident Coordinator
Jinella is the Resident Coordinator at RPM New York Gold and she loves helping the tenants with their concerns. In 2022, she graduated Bachelor’s Degree in Management Accounting and she’s continuing her study for her future growth. She got fortunate on getting the job that she really wants and her dedication brought a lot of opportunity for her.
Jinella, outside of her work and study, is a person that is very outgoing: a bunch of planned trips are waiting for her, as well as books to read. She really works hard for her cat fur babies Snow and Ulingling. Having a family and friends support system also motivated her to achieve more and be successful in life.
Ray Delfino, Maintenance Coordinator
Meet Ray! Ray is the maintenance coordinator for NY office. He loves hanging out and traveling around, basketball is his go-to sport and always love food, great food.
Erin has a background in real estate, property management, and past owner of a few small businesses, so she understands what homeowners go through when choosing the right property management company to go work with. She is here to assist owners in guiding them through the real property management process where we do more than manage properties, we deliver peace of mind!
